Tara Pajouhesh is a first-generation Iranian-American, Brooklyn based designer and art director. Her work focuses on creating and cultivating human connection through photography, art direction, and graphic design. Her personal work explores themes of identity, vulnerability, and culture, much of which is focused on dissecting her own identity as an Iranian American and her ever-changing relationship with her Iranian roots.
As her relationship with her culture has continuously gotten stronger, Tara’s passion for human rights and social activism has only grown more as she strongly believes in liberation for all of the oppressed.
